Payment & Shipping Policies         

Payment may be made with a personal check, bank check, money order or Paypal. We do not accept cash through the mail.

We do our best to ship your package the next business day after payment has been confirmed and/or cleared through the bank. Shipping is always secure and insured. We use USPS and USPS International. For heavy, very large packages, we use UPS.

With Home Farm Antiques, satisfaction is guaranteed and customers can be confident that our descriptions and photos are honest. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, we will take whatever action is required to resolve the issue. For example, if an item is NOT properly and accurately described, we will gladly refund 100% of the costs and this will include shipping. On the other hand, if an item IS properly and accurately described, but the customer has a change of heart or if the customer misread the description, this is not the fault of HFA. Shipping costs in this case will not be not refunded. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any purchase, rest assured we will do our best to please and to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the original item, and will be accepted only after agreement with us first. Please contact us first if you have any problems or questions.
