This folk art carved wood monoplane is in its original paint. Dating to c1930s, it's a beaut! It's substantial and weighs a it over 2 pounds. The plane shows anticipated wear to its paint, only enough to look good. Colors have remained strong and the plane itself is completely sturdy and secure. About 20" long with a mighty wing span of a shade over 24". Stands just over 9" tall with propeller in a north-south position. You can hang the plane with a bit of fishing line or wire, or you can stand it. Either way, it makes a fabulously folky Americana display!
