It did not start out life as a trivet. It was probably a part of a large architectural clock or sign. Made of iron, with its original white paint, which is by this time soiled, worn, flaked, chippy. The ten is 3 1/4" tall and stands on inch high feet. Solid. Sturdy. Will hold things. Will hang on the wall. Will sit on a table. Will look terrific. And a "Ten" is nothing to sneeze at, is it?
