It's a cow, or maybe a water buffalo. The jury's still out. Whichever it is, this handsome old weathervane was found on a dairy farm in the Mid-West. The weathervane dates to Mid-20thC and is in very fine condition. It is a full-bodied figure made of copper and has the proper patina for its age and the proper wear patterns from normal use. Which was out of doors on the dairy farm, directing people around. From nose to tail 31"; from head to hoof 21"; with the extender pole 24" high, all tolled. She is a lovely being, quiet and calm and, although she doesn't produce any milk for you, she doesn't eat any of your food, either.
